To the Forest.

This is a little drawing made for fun. It began as almost a doodle and then just grew by itself.
It was inspired by some of the feelings I have after reading the endlessly wonderful book "The House, in which..." by Mariam Petrosyan, but it's not a fanart.

The words in russian here mean:
On the yellow wall: "there on the unseen paths are the footprints of the unknown beasts..." (inexact quotation from Pushkin)
On the wall by the door: "striped socks know the way"
On the door: " tell a SECRET and enter (we also accept sandwiches)"
Around the clock: "young crescent dreams prothetic dreams "
On the floor: "I found a well here"
Around the star: "pay attention, this star often falls"
Along the edge of the door: "follow the beasts' path"
Between the animals: "miracles are shy of a direct look, give them time to get to know you..."
